After almost twenty years working in restaurants around Seattle, including opening locations for James Beard award-winning chef Renee Erickson of Sea Creatures Restaurant Group and working in Special Events at Canlis Restaurant, I was ready to slow down and do what I really love: make accessible and delicious food.
